Summary

François lives in Saint-Laurent and keeps a journal to organize his day and understand what he feels. He wakes early to the church bell and birds, and sets a simple intention: to stay calm.

At the village tourist office he helps visitors with easy directions, then handles a brief printer problem by taking small, patient steps. After a simple lunch at home, he answers more questions in the afternoon, shops and chats with his friend Marc, and ends the day with a warm soup, a short TV break, and a final journal line of quiet contentment before sleep.
