Caffè sotto la pioggia

It is Wednesday morning. Giancarlo leaves his apartment early. Outside, it is raining. He waits a minute under the roof of the building.

The neighbor, Andre, goes out too. He sees the rain and stops near Giancarlo.

Giancarlo says, “Today the weather is not good.” Andre says, “I check the weather forecast.” He says, “No rain now.” I go inside for a coffee and try again in a few minutes.

Giancarlo says, “Good idea.” Andre smiles: “Do you want to come too? I have some new espresso coffee. It is very good.”

Giancarlo says, “Great idea.” The two of them go to Andre’s apartment and drink the coffee. Now the rain is no longer a problem.
