Summary
John Taylor arrives at Rome Fiumicino Airport with his wife, Anna, and their two children, ready to begin their first family holiday in Italy. Before they can reach their hotel or enjoy the trip, they have to collect the rental car John booked in advance.<br><br>At the rental desk, they discover that their reserved family car has been given to someone else. The mistake creates a stressful start, especially with tired children and luggage, but the company accepts responsibility and offers them a larger, more comfortable car for the same price. What begins as an annoying mix-up turns into a welcome upgrade for their ten-day holiday.
