Ein kurzes Hallo

After her lunch break, Lena comes out of a café. She holds a small coffee in her right hand and goes to her office. Then she hears a voice. It is Noah, an old friend from school.

“Hey, Noah! Long time no see!” she says. “Hi, Lena! How are you?” “I’m fine, I’m just busy,” she says and smiles. “And you? How are you?” “It’s the same for me,” says Noah. He laughs.

It is nice to see you again. Lena says they should catch up again soon. Noah smiles and agrees. “That would make me happy,” he says.

Both of them look at their watches. “My bus is coming,” says Noah. “And I have to go to a meeting,” says Lena.

“Let’s have lunch together sometime,” he says. “Good idea!” Lena smiles. “How about next Wednesday at 12:30 at Pinnucio’s Pizza Bar?” “That works perfectly for me,” says Noah.

“Great, then I’ll see you there,” says Lena.
