8. Nadat Roos afscheid neemt, loopt Dirk verder door de straat. De camera volgt hem langs fietsen, winkelramen en een kleine groentekraam. Een man staat buiten een café bij Amsterdam Centraal. Hij heeft een rugzak op één schouder en een fles water in zijn hand. Hij ziet er druk uit, maar wel vriendelijk. Dirk stopt voor hem, zegt hallo en vraagt of hij één minuut heeft voor een kort interview.
